High Sunlight Colorfastness Parasol Fabric

At present, Parasol Fabric used as conventional fabrics are mainly polyester fabrics. Polyester is an important variety of synthetic fibers and is the trade name of polyester fibers in my country. Polyester can be used as a regular fabric for parasols because it has the following characteristics:
First, the strength is high. The impact strength is 4 times higher than that of nylon and 20 times higher than that of viscose fiber.

As a sunshade that is often used in the courtyard, when there is no sun, it can be closed and opened, and it will not wrinkle at all; when it is taken outdoors, it will not wrinkle when folded.
Third, good heat resistance. In summer, it is indeed a great joy in life to be able to enjoy the shade under the umbrella of the home yard, while breathing in the breath of nature.
Fourth, good water absorption. The umbrella can be placed outdoors for a long time, and it is precisely because it is not afraid of rain that it can shelter from the wind and rain.
Fifth, good wear resistance. The abrasion resistance is second only to the nylon with the best abrasion resistance, and it is better than other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.
Sixth, good light resistance. It can withstand strong sun umbrella irradiation and can play a good role in shading.
Seventh, corrosion resistance. Resistant to bleaches, oxidants, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids. Dilute alkali resistance, not afraid of mildew, but hot alkali can make it decompose. This is both simple and convenient for washing the umbrella cloth.

In terms of production process, the technical requirements of waterproof and breathable fabrics are much higher than that of ordinary waterproof fabrics; at the same time, from the perspective of quality, waterproof and breathable fabrics also have functional characteristics that other waterproof fabrics do not have. The waterproof and breathable fabric enhances the air-tightness and water-tightness of the fabric, and at the same time, its unique vapor-permeable performance can quickly discharge the water vapor inside the structure, prevent the structure from breeding mold, and keep the human body always dry.
